Property Description

The double sofa-bed in the lounge provides additional sleeping space

and there are also two fold-up beds.

The spacious hall with coat and accessories unit leads to a third

WC/wash basin facility.

All rooms have air-conditioning.

Living Area:

On the lower level to the front of the villa is the lounge with views of Sunny Beach, the pastures and mountains. It is fitted with TV/DVD, a double sofa-bed and two coffee tables and is air-conditioned.

Kitchen Facilities:

A modern kitchen/diner equipped with everything from a cork screw to a fan-oven provides those with culinary skills the opportunity to serve up a feast on the superb made-to-order dining table with six luxury chairs.

Outside:

Landscaped gardens and right outside is a kidney-shaped pool. The complex is in a gated compound with video security and guards.
