Balchik beach and town centre is about 2km from the villa and can be reached with a fairly easy downhill walk, or a taxi should cost around £1.

The very tastefully finished bathroom has a bath with over head shower and a separate shower cubicle for maximum convenience.

Sun loungers are provided for lounging by the pool or sitting on the terrace. There is also outdoor furniture on both the ground floor and upstairs terraces, perfect if you want to relax with a bottle of wine in the evening.

This prime located villa is set in its own private grounds with sea views. Whilst this villa offers peace and tranquillity you are only a 5 minute walk away from a great selection of café’s, restaurants, supermarkets, bus terminal and taxi rank.

The local area offers a great selection of cafes, restaurants and discotheques. There is also a small water park on the esplanade which is great for kids. Sea fishing is also possible in the harbour. The exclusive Albena beach resort is just 15 minutes away from the villa, followed by Golden Sands and Varna. If you hire a car you will be able to access some of the quietest and most unspoilt beaches in Bulgaria, which are just a few kilometres north of the town and with the proposed golf course planned for 2007, you’ll agree there is something for everyone in this beautiful region of Bulgaria
