Property Description

A two-bedroomed bungalow which has been completely refurbished and decorated to the highest standards - entrance hall, brand new bathroom, utility room, doors, fitted kitchen, fireplace, furniture, windows etc. The master bedroom is complete with a large His and Hers ensuite, including bidet and corner bath/shower. All home comforts including Satelite TV/DVD/Videos, Dreamcast Games Console, worldwide digital radio, hifi etc. Live Premiership games are broadcast on Channels 7 and 8, including a Saturday 3pm match. There are about 35 English language channels including BBC World News, CNN, Discovery, Eurosport, History Channel etc.

Outside a terracotta patio and newly-built traditional BBQ sits under the vine trellis. There is a table and chairs with umbrella and sunloungers. Under the BBQ there is a recess in which you will find a folding table (salads etc.) and insulated electrical point for the mini fridge, electric grill, outdoor music. In the utility room you will find all you need for watersports - lilos, armbands, balls etc and are welcome to use them. Car hire can also be arranged for 20 euro per day including insurance. The charge for an airport pickup or return is only 20 euro (40 euro after midnight and before 8am).

A new addition for the New Year (2007) is a purpose built annex fully furnished with double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, mini-fridge, CD player and wall-mounted TV DVD/Video combo. Ideal if you have a teenager you want close but both of you need your own space - could also be suitable for an elderly relative of family friend! The annex benefits from full insulation, double-glazing with frosted glass for privacy, laminated flooring and oil-fired heating. It also has a stand-up fan, extractor fan and fly screens. A motion sensitive outdoor light guides your guests in the dark!
