Property Description

This is the self contained upper storey of a newly renovated detached town house set in a residential area of the town about 15 minutes walk from the centre. You will have a separate entrance to the property and your own entrance to the upper storey.

There is a cable TV in the sitting room. All rooms are south-east and south-west oriented which floods the house with light throughout the day. Both bedrooms and the sitting/dining room are air conditioned, central heating in winter. There is an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, adaptors for UK plugs. In the bathrooms - there is shampoo, soap and shower gel. Restaurants, bars and shops are at walking distance. There will be complementary tea, coffee and sugar in the apartment. The price is 20 euros for one person per night; 30 euros for two people staying in the same room; 40 euros for two people in two rooms; 55 euros for three-four people per night and 65 euros for up to six people per night.
