Property Description

Located in Alen Mak, near Golden Sands, this small friendly 18-apartment complex is ideally situated for experiencing everything the Black Sea Coast has to offer.

Alen Mak is a small costal resort near Golden Sand, and has its own sandy beach, bars, cafes and restaurants. You can walk form Alen mak into the main resort of Golden Sands. Golden Sands is the second largest beach resort along the black sea coast. There are again a fantastic range of shops, bars, restaurants and discos here, and you can spend hours wondering around the main commercial areas. The main attraction though is the beach – 4km long with soft “golden sands” and gently shelved shore. The resort lies at the foot of the Zlatni Piasatsi nature park, where virgin forests descent right to the resort centre. There are loads of other activities to do in Alen Mak or Golden sands, such as a diving centre, parasending, water skiing and jeep safaris.

There is also the excellent Aquapolis Water Park in Golden Sands, a favorite with the kids.

A short taxi ride can take you to Varna City. This extremely cosmopolitan city is filled with pavement cafes and designer boutiques. For culture-vultures, the Archaeological Museum boasts “the oldest gold in the world”, a collection of manufactured gold pieces dating back to 4500BC. Art lovers will enjoy visiting the City Art Gallery and the Museum of Art and History, as well as several other specialist museums in the city.

At the sea front is a great beach, separated from the city by the famous Sea Gardens. This massive park area is very well kept, and filled with attractions such as a Dolphinarium, Planetarium, a zoo, astronomical observatory, and festival complex. In the summer the sea-front at the city-centre end of the park really comes alive, when a huge number of beach bars, restaurants and discos open up and locals and tourists alike cram the main strip.

The Swimming pool at this complex is not only suitable for adults but of children as well, also a children’s play area is available, on-site secure car-parking and a maid service. There is also no charge for the use of the poolside sun beds.

This two bedroom apartment is modern, very comfortable and ideal of families. It also offers air conditioning, and comes with satellite TV, which should keep everyone happy.
