Property Descriptionski apartment borovets bulgaria 4 star Based in the Borovets Gardens apartment complex, the apartment we offer for rent, in both summer and winter, comes complete with all of the necessary ammenities all finished to a high standard. The apartment block is located 300 yards from the main gondola station, five minutes from the centre of Borovets and close to the main junction connecting cities Sofia and Plovdiv with Borovets.
Located on the third floor, the apartment has two balconies and benefits from having direct alpine mountain ski slope views. This is especially ideal for taking in the fresh alpine air after a long day on the slopes. Both balconies come complete with table and chairs. The apartment sits at approximately 79 square meters in size and is in an impeccable condition having never been rented before (as of September 2010). It is kitted throughout with high quality furniture
The apartment offers self catering accomodation to sleep 4 people, set to 4 star hotel standards. It consists of an entrance area, lounge/kitchen (with sofa bed and new plasma television), one double bedroom and a bathroom (with bath and shower). The kitchen itself is fully functional with a working hob and microwave and a sufficient supply of cutlery and crockery.
The double bedroom has its own balcony and sufficient wardrobe storage space.
The main living area comes complete with its own kitchen and dining area. Within this area it has its own sofa bed, coffee table, plasma tv and dining table. The kitchen area comes complete with its own fridge, hob, kettle and necessary utensils.
Within Borovets Gardens there are both outdoor and underground parking facilities. Also located on site, there are concierge and laundry / cleaning services available and there is also a medical centre. To help after a long day's skiing, there is also a locker room to store and dry your ski's / ski boots and the complex is complete with lift access throughout. Also worth noting, free internet access is also available.
Local ActivitiesBorovets has developed into a modern, high - class ski resort of Alpine type with luxury hotels, restaurants, discos, shops and a wide choice of pistes and lifts. It provides excellent conditions for a vast array of winter sports and activities: skiing (night skiing is also available), ski jumping, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ski-dooing and biathlon.
