Property Description

Villa Ryan is privately owned and is located within the Villa Zone of Kosharitsa. It forms part of the small but attractive Sunny Villas complex which is within 5 minutes drive from Sunny Beach and 2km from the village of Kosharitsa. It is perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort yet within such easy reach by bus, car or taxi.

It is fully air conditioned and sits on a small gated development with 24 hour alarmed security.

Being one of the slightly larger properties on the complex, Villa Ryan has a spacious 139 sq metres of living space and boasts 3 bathrooms.

On entering the villa there is a large hallway with wetroom/bathroom to the left and then double doors ahead which lead into a split level living area. The dining room houses a table and seating for 6 people. The very well equipped kitchen is to the left and includes a full size oven and hob, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, and all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and extras. The lounge is on the lower level where there is a TV, dvd player, hi-fi, double and single bed settees, coffee table and log burning fire for our winter visitors. A door opens onto the balcony area.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with two single beds. The master has a large en-suite bathroom (with full-size bath + shower) and balcony with sea/mountain/garden views. The second bedroom has two single beds, en-suite bathroom/wetroom and balcony with pool/mountain/garden views.
