The property is fully furnished with full air conditioning it has 3 bedrooms with super king size beds. and all have stunning views, two of the bedrooms lead on to the balcony where you can sit and admire the panoramic view. it has satellite TV with dvd player. it has an open plan living area including kitchen and dining room which has French doors that lead to the private pool with raised sun terrace. it has a double garage and further parking to the side of the property. it has an upstairs family bathroom with shower, bath and wc. and downstairs has a wc and shower room there is also a utility room with washing machine and ironing board. the kitchen also has every thing you need for your stay.

Villa aimee is situated in a beautiful village set on a hillside looking out towards albena resort. The village has a mix of locals and foreign property owners it is known by Bulgarians as Beverly hills because of the luxury villas and well off foreigners that reside there which is making the area very exclusive. It is only a 5 min drive to Albena and 10 mins to Golden sands which is one of the largest resorts on the black sea coast. Also Balchik is also only a 10 minute drive away which has a lovely harbour where you can walk and eat at one of the many restaurants. Rogachevo village itself is very well known in the region for its natural spring waters and the locals are extremely friendly. There are two small shops in the village and a bus stop which run regularly to the resorts, local markets and supermarkets. we also have a mpv 8 seater to rent at £250 per week (optional)
