Property DescriptionThe property is situated in a village (local shop & bus) has air conditioning/heating system. It has 4/5 bedrooms. 3kms from Ablena. The Villa 'White House', so named because of its colour, stands along side the small villa 'Hacienda', enclosed in the same walled area, assessed by the same front gate. This villa is rented separately and is now fully reserved for the season May to October 2005. The same lady has rented this small cottage for 2 years running now and has proved to be a help to any guests staying at the 'White House'. We have English representatives who will meet you at the villa to give you the keys for the duration of your stay. They will familiarise you with the villa, the pool, the village. We can arrange pick up and delivery to the villa with our local taxi contact at your request, the cost of which is paid directly by you to the taxi driver.He will be at your service should you require him during your holiday. There is a local car hire in the resort of Albena. Be sure to bring your up-to-date driver's licence with you for same. The outdoor swimming pool is only in use from 1st June for guests. There are balconies - 2nd & 3rd floors from which the beautiful views can be admired, both day and night of the coast. The villa has satellite TV (two Eng. speaking channels) and a DVD player(selection of DVD's) in the main living room. The kitchen area is fully equipped - full cooker, m/wave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster etc. The kitchen is seperate to the dining area- suitable for 6 people with optional/additional seating outside. On the ground level there is a garage/storage room with auto washing machine. There are five mountain bikes available for local touring. There is also a beautiful dining/seating area at the side of the villa shaded by a mature cherry tree. Behind which are a set of steps leading up to the private pool (10m x 5m) and terrace area. The gardens have various fruit trees which can be enjoyed by all. Living Area: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with TV, kitchen, seperate dining area, garage and storage room. Kitchen Facilities: Full cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences Outside: Large gardens and Pool area.
