The villa is situated in a quiet villa settlement called Chervenka, 25 km south of Bourgas, 7 km north of Sozopol, next to the small town Chernomorec, where post office, shops, policlinic, public transportation, restaurants and other entertainment places are available.

Far away from the noise and the many-storied hotels, you will find peace and romance among fine sand beaches, rocky gulfs and limpid sea water. No dangerous sea currents, crystal clear water, fine sand, the sea bottom slopes gently.

“Sunrise” is a large 4 bedroom villa within its own grounds.

The ground floor includes а spacious living, dining and kitchen area (open plan). There is a TV, double sofa-bed and a bathroom. Also on the ground floor - a double room with en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 with double beds, and 2 with twin single beds). All the bedrooms have en suit bathroom, own balcony and look out to the beautiful view of the sea, St. Ivan island and Sozopol semi-island. Further beds can be supplied on request.

Each floor has a separate entrance.

There is FREE internet connection.

Enjoying amazing sunrise above the island, fishing, different sea sports, coisy bars on the beach, visiting Sozopol's attractions and cultural events, visiting wildlife reserves - all possible within a radius of 50 km.
Excursions and outings to various places are offered by tourist agencies in Chernomorets and Sozopol.

The nearby campsite ‘Gradina’ offers various opportunities for water sports – a surf and kite surf school, sea attractions and diving equipment for rent. Boat trips: Panoramic tour around Sozopol and St.Ivan island (Picnic on the island – on request).
Sozopol, one of the most attractive and oldest towns in Bulgaria, known as ‘the town of artists and fishermen’, is only 7 km away. Fascinating place, remarkable for its unique stone and wooden houses, with endless list of cultural events during the summer. Also known for the annual Apollonia art festival (27.08. – 5.09.2011).
From 12th to 14th August the largest summer music event in Bulgaria - MTV festival “SPIRIT OF BURGAS” is taking place in Burgas.

The village of Ravadinovo, which has a horse base, lies only 5 km away from the villa settlement.

Conservation areas and wildlife reserves (Ropotamo, Agalina, Arkutino, Stranja National Park), rich in rare plant species and unique rock formations, can be explored in photo safaris.

Those who like diversity can enjoy different attractive beaches along the southern coast.
The owner of the villa can help you to catch mussels by yourself and prepare it in a traditional bulgarian way.
