Property Description

This brand new 2-storey house has four double bedrooms (one room with kingsize bed and 3 rooms with 2 single beds each), plus double sofa bed so will comfortably sleep 8-10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot is provided for families with a baby.

The house has one bathroom containing a large corner bath and shower, plus two further shower rooms, all with WCs and basins. Fully air-conditined throughout, with radiators and a wood-burning stove for the winter.

Located in a purpose-built complex with two swimming pools, bar, restaurant and games room. Friendly, English-speaking staff and 24 hour on-site security.

The Black Sea resort of Albena is just 4km away and has a beautiful sandy beach, watersports, childrens amusements and activities, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops.

Jan - Mar and Oct - Dec : £50 per day

Apr and May : £60 per day

Jun and Sep : £75 per day

Jul and Aug : £90 per day

Changeover day is variable.

Suitability

One of the bedrooms and a shower room is on the ground floor, so the house is suitable for disabled persons. However, there is a short but quite steep slope leading from the centre of the complex to the house, so help with pushing wheelchairs may be required. Ideal for children, with parental supervision by the swimming pools.

5 minute walk to the local village shop and restaurant. 5 minute taxi ride to Albena.

We had such a wonderful time in your holiday home. It was like a retreat for us. I think we all slept for the first two days!
The house is so spacious and comfortable - we had sound undisturbed sleep in the quiet of the place. Those sunsets were something - we didn't see any sunrise!! We just enjoyed the rest and the relaxation of it all.
