Family villa in Bulgaria near Albena, Black Sea

This beautifully-appointed 2-storey villa has four double bedrooms (one room with kingsize bed and 3 rooms with 2 single beds each), so will comfortably sleep 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot is provided for families with a baby.

The house has one bathroom containing a large corner bath and shower, plus two further shower rooms, all with WCs and basins. Fully air-conditined throughout, with radiators and a wood-burning stove for the winter.

Located in a purpose-built complex with two swimming pools, bar and restaurant. Friendly, English-speaking staff and 24 hour on-site security.

The Black Sea resort of Albena is just 4km away and has a beautiful sandy beach, watersports, childrens amusements and activities, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops.

Large living area with 2 x 3-seater and 1 x 2-seater sofas. Satellite TV. Dining area with large dining table and chairs.

Kitchen Facilities:

Fully fitted kitchen with built-in oven, ceramic hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Balcony on the first floor with stunning views across the valley. Secluded patio area to the rear of the house with BBQ. Attractive, well-maintained garden. Easy parking.

The villa is available to rent on a daily basis (minimum rental period - 3 nights). Prices are as follows:

Nov - Mar: £55 per day

Apr, Sep & Oct: £70 per day

May - Aug: £85 per day

Suitability

One of the bedrooms and a shower room is on the ground floor, so the house is suitable for disabled persons. However, there is a short but quite steep slope leading from the centre of the complex to the house, so help with pushing wheelchairs may be required. Ideal for children, with parental supervision by the swimming pools.

5 minute walk to the local village shop and restaurant. 5 minute taxi ride to Albena.
Championship golf courses 15 minute drive.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Guests must be aged 21 or over in order to book this house.

Minimum rental period is 3 nights.

A damages deposit of £100 is taken with your final payment. This will be refunded on your return, minus the cost of any damage to or loss of items from the villa. A full inventory is available on request.

We had such a wonderful time in your holiday home. It was like a retreat for us. I think we all slept for the first two days!
The house is so spacious and comfortable - we had sound undisturbed sleep in the quiet of the place. Those sunsets were something - we didn't see any sunrise!! We just enjoyed the rest and the relaxation of it all.
