Property Description

The apartment was designed to meet the criteria for a 3-star hotel with all required furniture and appliances (as per the list of requirements of Thomas Cook). A double bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. One can also rent an additional foldaway bed or a child bed from the reception. The apartment is spacious (about 70 sq.m.) with a large balcony and Satellite TV.

A property manager who lives in the complex and a 24 hour receptionist can answer questions and help arrange various activities. The complex also has a 24 hour security, rent-a-car, internet, laundry facility, toys, and a convenience store. It has been in operation for two years. The beach is only 15 minutes away by foot walking through pleasant rows of shops and restaurants, and sand dunes. Public transportation can take you to the historic town of Nessebar in only 10 minutes. There are numerous opportunities to travel in organized tours to cultural and natural destinations in Bulgaria (let me know if you need some ideas). One can even go on a 2 or 3 day trip to Istanbul.

To get to the apartment you can fly into the airport of Bourgas which receives numerous flights from all over Europe. I can organize a transfer service - 35 euro for pick up or drop off for a group of 4.
