The apartment has air-conditioning, an inner hall, a living room with an open plan kitchen and a balcony / terrace leading from it, also one bedroom with a balcony / terrace.

The apartment block has a lift and stairs. The complex has a large swimming pool, with childrens section, tennis court / football pitch, shop, restaurant and the beach is approximately 200 metres away (3 minutes walk), also there is a an Aquapark approximately 200 metres distance away.

Sunny Fort is a new complex completed in June 2004, offering very comfortable, air conditioned, beautifully furnished apartment. Although the summer season in Bulgaria is May - September the apartment is fully equipped for all year round use, with under floor heating and air conditioning system heating, so could be considered for a winter break, or ski holiday, as the Balkan Mountains are close by.

Set in it's own beautiful gardens, enjoying a lovely swimming pool with tennis court, shops and a restaurant, the complex is very well equipped, yet near to all amenities. There is also allocated parking on the complex, if you wish to explore further afield and hire a car.

The complex also has laundry facilities and there is a pharmacy nearby. The complex will be managed on site, and is the only apartment block that has a lift.
