Peaceful Location, just a 4 minute stroll to the beautiful south facing sandy beaches. St Vlas centre is just a few minutes walk away, with local bars, shops and restaurants. The new Marina, a 10 min walk is a big attraction with fine restaurants, stylish bars and shops. This magnificent resort is a great combination of a beautiful seaside at the foot of the Balkan mountain range. It has been developed into a modern beach destination during recent years, with brand new hotels and tourist infrastructure. This makes it a preferred destination for holidaymakers who want to enjoy the spectacular views of the mountain while having fun on the beach. Sunny Beach with its busy night life is only 5km away, local buses run every 20 minutes. The natural conditions- mountain, forest, sea and southern exposure of the mountain slopes, are extremely healthy and appropriate for a relaxing holiday. When the sun goes down, the pool lights up, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a bottle of wine!Our apartment sleeps up to 4/5 with king size double bed, and a sofa bed. Air conditioning, toilet and shower room, terrace leading to a private lawned garden. Fully equipped kitchen, including: coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board and washing machine. The living room is open plan leading off the kitchen area with dining table and chairs, sofa bed, coffee table. The apartment has a TV allowing use of a DVD player (no TV Ariel). Full length double glazed windows and doors leads from the lounge and bedroom to a well designed terrace, with patio furniture, that faces the pool. Leading from the terrace is a small step down into our small grassed private garden overlooking the pool area which boasts views of the sea. This well equipped apartment contains everything needed for a relaxing holiday.
