Property Description

There are two spacious, modern, beautifully furnished apartments in this building which is situted in one of the cobbled streets in the centre of the 'Old' town.

The apartments have 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for an extra person and, although their is no kitchen, there is a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities are available.

There are so many cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk serving anything from snacks to a 3 course meal, with a bottle of wine, for about £4. - why bother with a kithen?

Sozopol is the ideal destination for everyone who wants to get the best from their holiday. If it is lounging on the beach all day in the sun and late night partying, this is the place to be. Sozopol – said to be the oldest town in Bulgaria is divided into two parts.

The Old Town to the north with its winding cobbled streets, stone and wooden houses and its unique history is a huge tourist attraction, playing host to visitors from all corners of the world.

The New Town, in contrast, is full of modern hotels, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants and bars that stay open late into the night.

Sozopol in the summer months is a thriving, exciting resort, The Old and the New Towns are linked together by the town park and here you can find many stalls selling ‘designer’ clothes, souvenirs and paintings by local artists. Street entertainers will keep you amused as you stroll by.

The climate on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast is typically Mediterranean with long hot summers and mild autumns. The average temperature during the summer months is 24 - 29 degrees centigrade, with an average of 8 to 11 hours sunshine per day. This makes the Sozopol area one of the sunniest in Bulgaria and gives the opportunity of sunbathing and swimming from May to October.

Both the Old and New town have their own fantastic long golden sandy beach, which alternates with small rocky bays and sea caves, which jut out into the sea. Both beaches have sun beds, umbrellas, beachside bars and restaurants situated right on the beach and water sports - pedaloes, banana boats, jet skiing, ringos and scuba diving. There are a couple of trampolines and swings for the ‘the little ones’. For a couple of pounds, why not end your day on the beach with a soothing and relaxing massage – after all sunbathing is exhausting.
