Property DescriptionThis new apartment is located on the exclusive development of Privilege Fort Beach in the popular resort of Elenite, Bulgaria. It is a 30 minute drive from Bourgas airport. Transfers can be arranged by an English couple who are also on hand to greet you on arrival and deal with any queries you may have during your stay.
This is a second floor apartment with a corner balcony. It has one bedroom, with the addition of a large sofa that converts to a double bed, providing accomodation for four.
The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, wardrobes, drawer and a dressing table. There is a door from the bedroom onto the panoramic balcony. The room benefits from air conditioning which also provides warm air heating in the winter months.
The bathroom is fully tiled and provides toilet, built in wash hand basin and a shower.
The spacious open plan living area benefits from the various windows providing a light and airy environment, with french doors leading onto the balcony. There is a sofa that converts into a double bed, two chairs, coffee table and dining table and four chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, and microwave.
The corner balcony gives views over to the sea in the distance and over to the cannon pool. A table and four chairs make it an ideal location for a meal or a drink.
Little extras included in the apartment include iron, ironing board and a hairdryer.
The complex hosts various pools including a lazy river pool, cannon pool and a baby pool. There is a restaurant, an Irish themed pub and restaurant on the ship, and a café.
Private access to the beach, tennis/football, fitness centre, sauna, on site masseuse, hairdressers, 24 hour security, money exchange and rent a car are all available on site. There are various gardens and seating areas around the complex. You are also welcome to use the facilities of the sister complex which is a 5 minute walk. There are various walks signposted close to the area.
Elenite is small coastal resort with hills and pine forests. There is a riding stables 5 minutes walk and a regular bus service provides easy access to the neighbouring resorts of St Vlas and the bustling resort of Sunny Beach. Taxis are located close to the complex and also provide cheap transport to these resorts.
The complex has a beach location and is a 5 minute drive from St Vlas which has various shops and restaurants and 15 minutes from Eastern Europes most established resort of Sunny Beach where you will find a 6k beach and numerous restaurants, pubs, shops and plenty of nightlife. Further along the coast is the traditional old fishing village of Nessebar.
Bulgaria is a very cheap place to eat and drink, beer 70p, two course meal £4.
