Property Description

A luxury apartment in the Mountain Dream hotel complex in the heart of the Pirin National Park. The development is within a few minutes walk of the slope leading to the Gondola Station and 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Bansko.

The apartment has one bedroom and is fully furnished to a high standard. Non Smoking except on balcony.

We (a family of parents and grown up son and daughter) have taken care and a lot of time over ensuring this is an ideal apartment to ski from as we want to use the apartment ourselves and have already done so several times, which has been great fun. This is not just an arm’s length investment for us like most out in Bulgaria.

25% of rental charge is due as deposit within 48 hours by credit card (paypal) or within one week if by cheque.

Deposit is non-refundable.

Balance payment is due 60 days before arrival date in resort or immediately with deposit if booking is within 60 days.

If full payment is not received before 60 days, your reservation is subject to cancellation.


The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent. Well-groomed tree-lined slopes, an efficient and modern lift infrastructure, and plenty of excellent and abundant snow are what you can expect. The ski season is from Christmas to Easter. Bansko provides a unique holiday where you can have excellent ski conditions and virgin natural beauty in addition to experiencing the atmosphere of a quaint Bulgarian country village - the best of both worlds!

A recent €33 million investment has resulted in top-class ski facilities and technology. There is a great selection of runs for all levels of skiers and snowboarders, from children's runs to heli-sking. Bansko boasts the best snow record and longest season in Bulgaria.

Of the 65km of pistes:

- 40% Intermediate
- 25% Advanced.

The Snowboard park has runs with jumps and barriers of various difficulty including a 'Halfpipe' 90m long, 16m wide, and with 3.5 m high walls. Besides Heli-skiing and Powder skiing the illuminated runs allow the added experience of Night skiing. For the youngsters there are two children's ski lifts, a kindergarten for small children, a special children's ski run, a unique ski-roundabout, a children's slalom course, a ski-through tunnel and other imaginative and fun facilities and learning aids. Modern ski and snowboard rental services are readily available.
