Bansko is a beautiful location for both winter and summer vacations, or even or a long weekend!

It is a growing ski resort catering for all levels of skiiers/snowboarders, singles and families alike.

Bansko's 'apres-ski' is excellent with several bars, nightclubs and restaurants-all of which are very reasonable. The traditional taverns offer great local cuisine (grilled lamb and sausages) and folk music. The great nightlife goes onto the the early hours of the morning - there is even a casino and bowling alley.

The town itself attracts visitors to its numerous cultural monuments, museums and exhibitions.

In the summer Bansko hosts a traditional Summer Jazz festival, Folk Fesitval and many other cultural events.

During the summer months Bansko is popular with visitors for white water rafting, horse riding, walking, biking and shortly a golf course.
