Property Description

The apartment benefits from 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen / dining room and a spacious lounge that has a double sofa bed and comfortable seating for 6 people, coffee table, television, dvd player, hi fi, sideboard, dining table and chairs.

There are fantastic mountain views from most of the apartment. From both the lounge and one bedroom are uninterupted stunning views of the Pirin Mountain range through the large glass balcony doors which lead to 2 private balconies from where you can also see the Rhodopes Mountain range to your left. The view from the second bedroom in the opposite direction is of the Rila Mountain range.

The open-plan kitchen/dining area has fully fitted cupboards and worktops with all cooking and eating facilities and equipped with refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and cutlery. The fully equipped tiled bathrooms both have a shower, w.c., and wash basin with mirrors. Both bedrooms have twin beds with individual bedside lights and cabinets, a large fitted wardrobe and a set of drawers.

You will have the exclusive use of a very large ski locker in the basement for all your ski equipment. If you pre-book ski equipment hire from our agent, this can be there ready for when you arrive together with your ski passes and ski lesson vouchers also awaiting your arrival in the apartment.

A refundable security deposit of £100.00 [payable to our agent in Bansko] is required on arrival against breakages and damage which will be refunded on your departure providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.

Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price as well as a mid week towel change.

We will arrange inexpensive transfers direct to Bansko (approx £35 / person return) normally taking just over 2 hours
There are also many car hire companies operating from Sofia airport - check out the website looking under Transport and then rent a car. It can cost as little as £14 per day including unlimited miles and full insurance.
