Property DescriptionA band new apartment building recently completed, described by many locals as ‘the finest house in Balchik’ at 3 Samara Street, on the seafront, near the centre of town. All double sized luxury apartments have excellent commanding views across the bay and all have picturesque views over Balchik town and the surrounding chalk cliffs and hills. There are three luxury apartments available, all much larger than the average holiday accommodations on offer. They are fully equipped like a hotel. All are fully furnished to a luxury standard by Scape International furnishings; they are fully air conditioned (and heated) in the lounge and bedrooms, and have two bathrooms each, one en suite, with towels provided. They have laminate wood floors, double glazing, integral spot lighting, stainless steel and glass railings on the balconies, fitted bathrooms, and fitted kitchens fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. Every apartment is fitted with an alarm for extra security. They also each have a TV and DVD, and a connection for cable TV with English channels. The apartments have a garage for a small car underneath, and are just two minutes’ walk away from a small beach. In addition to their balcony and terraces, they also have the use of a pool and patio area in front of the block. Centrally located they are minutes away from the centre of town, many restaurants and cafes, the Royal palace and gardens, the marina, where you can reserve a berth if you have a boat, or go for a boat tour! (see our Rep) Balchik has three beaches, but if you fancy variety just 15 minutes away by car is the huge sweeping golden sands of the purpose built resort of Albena, probably one of the nicest beaches in the whole of Bulgaria. Varna is 40 minutes away We have a tour rep for these apartments, a local English speaking Bulgarian who can collect you from the airport, if required and take you on tours in our own mini bus. He will also make sure you are comfortable and looked after in you apartment. A hire car may not be necessary for your stay!Also there is the brand new Gary Player 'Open' Standard Golf Links Course nearby.
Our ground floor apartment is a huge 390 sq meters (four and a half times standard holiday apartment size) with a fully equipped kitchen, a large lounge, and three double bedrooms two with twin beds, and two bathrooms (one en suite) and a very large terrace with a bar-b-que, with great sea views and views of the hills and town. Our top floor apartment with stunning views also sleeps 6 with similar facilities and is a generous 190 sq meters. Living Area: Everything provided including bed linen and towels Kitchen Facilities: Sink, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, large fridge freezer, CD radio player, systeall crockery, all utensils - pots pans knives spoons etc , iron, ironing board, kettle, condiments, tea towels, cleaning materials Outside: Town centre, restaurants, shops, beach and pool walking distance, on a quiet road leading to a small beach. 5 mins walk to marina,10 mins from Royal Palace
